The Lord Almighty has allowed SABS sisters to grow and flourish in the soil of Bastar. The visible signs are our sisters from the various tribes of North. It was a felt need and a long cherished need of our province to establish a formation house in Tellimarenga for the mission. Tellimarenga is an Adivasi inhabited village 12 kms away from Jagdalpur. On 3 July 1990, the foundation stone was laid by Rev.Fr.Thomas Vadaparambil CMI. The new building was blessed by the Apostolic Administrator of the diocese, Rev.Fr.Kurian Macheril CMI on 18 June 1992. We celebrated the silver jubilee of Jyothi Bhavan formation house on 26 September 2015.
